The Stockton Team has owned, developed or is currently developing over 14,000 units in numerous states.  Commercial, hospitality and nursing homes are also staples of the Stockton team's portfolio.  Stockton leverages the vast experience of its Principals to find the best available projects for its fund. 

Stockton intends to take full advantage of the current weakness in the US real estate market, the languishing dollar and the credit crunch, to purchase the best deals at the lowest prices, re-capture monies through creative workouts and  achieve the maximum return for our investors.

Who We Are

Comprised of Principals from EB Developers (ebdevelopers.com) and Hudson Holdings (hudsonholdings.com), both of Boca Raton, Florida, Stockton was formed to take advantage of distress situations in the U.S. property markets.
